The Hanseatic Tech Company, a young software agency specializing in the medical technical sector, aimed to expand its customer base beyond its existing network. The team employed the VCW framework to develop a strategy focused on offering complementary web apps alongside traditional web development services, providing a unique selling proposition (USP) and enhancing customer value.

Application and Process:

The process began with a diagnostic phase, analyzing the company's strengths, weaknesses, and market environment. The core challenge was defined: acquiring new customers outside the network. The team then generated ideas and filters through brainwriting and primary/secondary research. The POCR method was used to refine these ideas and filters.
